Five Irvington teens are charged with attacking teacher, face expulsion from high school | NJ.com FYI - There is no expulsion in the state of NJ. These students will be suspended for a period of time with a private home instructor, paid by the taxpayers, until they are given due process. If there is enough money, they may be sent to an alternative school with a price tag of about 30K per kid. If there is no money, they will be back. The last line annoys me. I suppose if the students were not upset, then the teacher probably deserved it. Moral relativism at it's worst.
