If the regular schools can't keep up they should be closed like any business who can't do a good job! Funny I know kids in the special ed program here and they do GREAT! Our realtor was actually a parent of a special ed student in the county we are moving to and suggested a school for our kids to go to AND her son was in special education and he flourished she says. That's what all the parents I have talked to have said as well. We should not keep funding schools that FAIL. Give the teachers an incentive to do a good job and they will. That's why charter school systems flourish and public school systems FAIL.

I'm a truck driver. I shop all over the nation for groceries, etc.

WV is BY FAR the cheapest place to eat that I've ever seen. A gallon of milk is about 4 bucks down here in Louisiana. It was 1.95 there. The list goes on and on.

I went to the cashier laughing. She said whats so funny? I said these groceries would be 20 dollars where I'm from. They were like 7.75 cents there, after tax.

In Texas teachers are given the option of being paid through the calendar year or during the school year.
