Teabaggers are to the GOP......

The thread title is incorrect. It should be:

Teabaggers are to Leftwing Moonbats what Auto-erotic Asphyxiation is to a Cross Dressing British Politician

Yeah, but other than you objection to the term "teabagger" you have to admit it's a pretty good analogy (minus the whole communist thing).

Like the Viet Cong the teabaggers are completely decentralized and consider themselves to be a political insurgency movement. Also, like the Viet Cong, the teabaggers deny being affiliated with the larger, more structured organization like the GOP/NVA.

And people are still debating the manner.

BTW, the teabag movement seems to have lost some momentum lately. What's the deal?

Bub, you are the one sucking and choking on the phrase with what can only be described as a borderline (or perhaps fullblown) fetish.

Your attempts at reverse psychology are entirely lame.

Of all the tactics you guys have conceived to try and prevent people from using the term "teabagger" yours is probably the most idiotic.

Tea Partiers are to the left what Soviet Communism was to the right. A very real threat.

The Tea Party can't really be a threat until it has a message and platform. Until that time, it's just a collecting ground for malcontents.

It would be a lot easier to discuss the relevance of the movement if anyone (to include the people involved in it) know what it stood for (beyond the vagaries currently proposed).

Frankly, like all populists movements in our country's history, I think it's real function is to serve as a vehicle to allow people to vent and blow off steam and will eventually fade.
