They did not even mention the Tea Party, where is your proof that they showed up after?

Those reports are from before the supposed Tea Partiers showed up.

Of course, the only proof we have that they actually are there is from a biased satirical blog.

But good jerb anyway!

When asking one of the Tea Party members why they were there he replied, “Whenever I see these liberal progressive commies I assume it’s for a bad reason, so I’m here to make sure they don’t get too riled up and cause our economy to shut down completely.” When the Tea Party member was informed that the protesters were there to make their voices heard over the economic collapse, and want to hold the people to blame accountable he said, “Then why isn’t they down at the White House tellin’ that socialist Obama to stop tryin’ to regulate these here people just tryin’ to do business.”

Let’s assume the above is fictional. The exchange never took place.

It is nonetheless illustrative of the hypocrisy and blind partisanism of the TPM. The fact that the protesters are demonstrating against the very same thing that caused the TPM to manifest – the bailout of banks and their responsibility for the global economic crisis – is obviously irrelevant. Instead the TPM accuses such protesters of being ‘liberal progressive commies,’ advocating the ‘destruction of the capitalist system.’ When indeed the very same thing could be said of the TPM at the outset of their movement.

Then in classic idiotic form the TPM would proceed to ‘blame Obama’ for the economic meltdown seemingly ignorant of the fact the recession which caused the meltdown began in December 2007 – 13 months before the president took office – and that the bailout was orchestrated by the Bush WH and signed off on by GWB himself.

And to blame Obama for the continuing economic difficulties when the seeds of the disaster were sown well before the current administration is disingenuous at best. In fact, it’s their very same fellow TPM members of the House who are responsible for inaction with regard to addressing the economic crisis.
