I LIVED this period in American History, The Infidel. If you truely believe the John Birch Society had a inside track on the Truth, you are sorely misguided.

So you are over 100 years old?

This has been brewing for way over 1oo yrs here in America, and its about time someone started telling the truth about it.
Its not always pretty, as he points out alot, but it is our history.

Anyway, I dont want to argue, I just think you should maybe watch his show more often and judge it for yourself rather than read someone elses opinion.

Oh, and Im old enough to remember the way things "used to be", and we are going the wrong way right now... big gov't is going to be the death of this great nation if we are'nt careful.

I agree and disagree, The Infidel. If "Big Government" could regulate effectively, we would not have desecration in the Gulf or disaster on Wall Street.

Beck has a unique POV and sometimes does say things no one else is talking about that need to be brought to our attention. But his "reading list" and efforts to rewrite US history is nothing but recycled paranoia from the 1960's. You won't persuade me of anything by claiming he is above reproach.

Never claimed he was above reproach... he has been in disagreement with me before, and I have actually met him (very very nice guy), I didnt agree with his stance on whether or not the dude who tried to blow up Times Square should get the right to a lawyer. He lied about who and what he was on his application to be an American citizen, and I thought his citizenship should've been revoked on terms of falsifying his documents (lying).
Glenn said he should be given every right as you and I..... he, IMO, was wrong.

Believe me, I dont blindly follow anyone whatsoever.

I would like it if the Tea Party abandoned its apparent love for direct immigration controls, as those tend to increase expenditures. Indirect immigration controls like eliminating welfare and eliminating the things that draw bad immigrants...that would be nice.

How many endorsed Republicans have been taken on and beaten by those supported by the Tea Parties of their areas? That is a result of not listening. Actions have consequences, I think the GOP has more to fear from the masses than even the Democrats.

He is actually going and getting burried information, that if YOU actually fact checked you'd see he is right. At least most of the time.

And as for you saying tea partiers call Obama a communist..... well, if a person surrounds themself with "self avowed socialist, and YES communists" then what does that make him?
