Tax Reform Is Boosting Take-Home Pay for Millions of Americans. Here’s the Proof.

The left and their globalist masters fear the rise of middle class America.

A healthy, thriving middle class conflicts with Socialism.
Yep. It's inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery...Except for those in power. Look at Stalin. He was probably one of the top ten wealthiest people in history, with a net worth in the trillions.

But 8 years from now the tax cute for the regular folks will end but not for the rich.

Of course Communists/Democrats have a big problem with this. The Agenda is to create more poor angry folks, fully dependent on Government. The last thing Communists/Democrats want, is a happy prosperous independent populace. They can't control those folks nearly so easily. The Party can only thrive on misery. It's an Agenda. More Americans just need to catch on.
Unfortunately, history would seem to indicate that this will not happen. I can't remember one instance where a culture has gotten to the point we're at and managed to retrieve the situation. I think it's a foregone conclusion. Doesn't mean I've given up, but I'm prepared for the worst. After all, nothing lasts forever. We had a good run, but I think it may be coming to an end.

I hear ya, it is very disheartening. The Communists have been advancing their Agenda for almost 100yrs in this country. And sadly, they've achieved much of their goals. They need a nation of poor angry folks fully dependent on Government for survival. A thriving prosperous populace does nothing to advance their agenda. Those folks can't be controlled.

So when you look at all the places Democrats have seized control of, you quickly realize they're all headed for Third World Misery. And that's not by accident. It's by design. The Democratic Party can only thrive on misery. So if you see a Democrat invasion happening in your area, i strongly advise considering relocation. Because your area will be doomed. It will be systematically decimated.

Unfortunately, there's just too many Lenin 'Useful Idiots' out there supporting the Communists/Democrats. They know not what they do. But anyway, hang in there. Hopefully more Americans will wake up and decide to fight the Agenda. Gotta have some hope. Take care. :)

Trump reminds me of Stalin.

And democrats seem to have a problem with this. I wonder why.

The tax "reform" ss a hoax. A Ponzi scheme which transfers $1.5 trillion onto the backs of our children which will have to be borrowed from our enemies.

That extra couple of dollars in your paycheck is coming at the expense of your kids. How nice!

You better save it because you are going to need every penny, and then some, to pay for the record high health care costs of TrumpCare.
Tax cuts doesn't cost the United States anything, it's not their money to begin with.
If I'm not mistaken, every time taxes are lowered, the government makes more money. So taxes aren't the problem. Spending is the problem. Why can't liberals comprehend such a simple fact?

Our debt goes up every year, it doesn’t matter if a Republican or a Democrat is President.

We need to raise taxes and cut spending, to get out of the $21 trillion debt.

It has gone up 554 billion dollars since Jan 1, and we are not even a full 3 months into the year.

But these sheep think that Trump is somehow different

Democrat or Republican, when it comes to spending they are all the same.

You should talk to your fellow Democrats about that, since they are the ones who refused to make the middle-class tax cuts permanent. Plus, it is unlikely that the Dems will oppose renewing most or all of the middle-class tax cuts.

Furthermore, ALL the personal income tax cuts expire in eight years, not just those for the middle class. You're thinking of the corporate income tax cut, which is permanent. And that tax cut has already brought great benefits to millions of American workers. Over 400 companies have announced bonuses, pay hikes, better benefits, more investment in America, the transfer of money from overseas to America, etc., as a result of that tax cut. Our new corporate income tax rate (21%) is now more competitive with the average corporate tax rates in Europe and Asia, which range from 18% to 21%.

Socialism pushes towards a true 1 percent that cannot be achieved. Would one rather start wit nothing and try and make it in an absolute Capitalist or absolute Socialist economy?

I think the term "regular folks" is sufficient to include individuals eligible to file personal income taxes making less than 200 K per year. No further description of what I meant was necessary. But you're excused this time. An interesting aside, though, is that SOME people making more than 200 K per year but are actually paying more in taxes under the GOP bill.
However those are merely the rich. Once you get into analyzing tax cut benefits in the ultra rich category, other experts, besides your self of course, posit something far different.:

Wealth in America is increasingly concentrated in a small number of hands, and a new and improved tax code should tackle that dangerous inequity before all else. We agree with Trump that America’s “wonderful workers” should “reap the rewards” of a revamped tax code; we just don’t see that happening with his plan.

Here are some of its key points:

  • Trump and the GOP would eliminate the estate tax, which sounds nice. Gee, now Mom and Dad can pass the family hardware store down to the kids tax-free. But the current estate tax applies only to fortunes of $11 million or more, meaning its elimination would only speed up the pace at which the very wealthiest Americans lock their kids into the ruling class for life. In America, wealth should be earned, not inherited.
  • Trump and the GOP would simplify the tax code by reducing the number of income brackets from seven to three, which sounds great. But the highest tax rate would be reduced from the current 39.6 percent to just 35 percent, so the wealthiest Americans could save a bundle, while it’s unclear who else might be a winner. Whether middle-class Americans would benefit depends entirely on where the income lines are drawn for the three brackets.
  • Trump and the GOP also would allow Congress, should it see fit, to create a fourth bracket above 35 percent so that wealthier folks pay their fair share. But that would come down the road, if at all. For purposes of sizing up this plan, it means nothing.
  • Trump and the GOP would abolish the alternative minimum tax, which is a supplemental tax imposed to make sure that the very rich, after taking advantage of every last loophole, still pay something. Trump says the AMT won’t be necessary because the GOP plan would eliminate those loopholes. But why not leave the AMT in place all the same? Who’s afraid of it?
A better tax code would be simpler. Trump’s got that right. The current code is impossibly complex. And the GOP plan includes small touches that are sure to appeal to most of us, such as a tax credit of $500 for families taking care of an elderly person.

But at a time when the rich grow richer while the middle class shrinks, lowering the top tax rate for America’s wealthiest people is more than unwise. It is immoral.

I’m sure the Dem supermajority in 2020 will make them permanent, right?
Nope... that would be foolish. The treasury can't afford a loss like that. They might hold off on reverting the corporate taxes depending on whether or not corporations continue to spread the wealth to their employees. Frankly that doesn't look too promising. Even as Walmart announced raises and bonuses it is closing 63 stores.
