The issue is, employment is at will in our at-will employment States.

President Trump will get it repealed. He said he would, but the lame congress is blocking it. All they want to do is go back and correct some mispellings and say they overhauled it. He should just issue some executive orders that causes Obama to collapse. Sure it will tick off a few people, and a few people will loose their ability to get free birth control, but this is a war, and during war there are causalities. Expecting to win a war without anyone get hurt is ridiculous. We just need to make sure their side takes the most damage.

Personally I think President Trump should declare a state of emergency, suspend congress and suspend all future elections, taking full control over everything. Clean house and use the military to enforce all his decisions. Those who don't like it can leave the country or spend the rest of their life in jail as enemies of the state.
