What is bedevilling America today is: TAX CUTS or HIGHER TAXES FOR THE "RICH" ?
Which brings in the higher revenue for the Government ?
Thomas Sowell, the brilliant Prof from Stanford University has his usual perceptive comment on this issue.....as well as Obamacare.
This is a must read for people who love to wallow in "talking points" and/or fantasy instead of the ABUNDANT INFORMATION already available when one checks out the facts provided by REALITY.
Of course, the unconquerable problem still remains: WHOSE information of REALITY does one accept.
I am under the perception that I don't have any problem in distinguishing REALITY from a politico's "talking points" in that one ignores the rhetoric of the politico in question ...... and simply subjects the issue in question to HISTORICAL DATA on that issue.......which is ALWAYS readily available if the issue is important enough.
