The bill, introduced by Republican Senators David Perdue and Tom Cotton, has failed to gain traction beyond the President's endorsement and is unlikely to pass Congress. But if Trump had his way and it became law, here's how you would fare if you were trying to immigrate to the U.S. under the restrictions:

3. No speak English, only ebonics

4. At least two murder convictions.

6. Burns American flag

7. Kneels before American anthem

8. Don't Know what bathroom to use

9. Party's on April 15th like it's the 4th of July.

10. Has a safe place.

The 1965 immigration laws are the ones in effect, essentially. This will never change. How can every proposed change die in first round? Who keeps this con going unchanged for so many generations?

No, I wouldn't qualify- AND THAT'S A GOOD THING. We don't need foreigners in the middle class workforce. There are plenty if Americans with college degrees who speak fluent English and make $80-140K.
