Hannity, Rush etc always state that the Brits, Canadians etc come to America to get healthcare, because the healthcare in their countries either suck or the line is too long! This is one of their prime justification against UHC.

Yet, what is the growing trend? Americans going overseas to place like Thailand and India and across the Southern border to Mexico to get dental and medical care! What is wrong with this pictures? Americans, who boast the best doctors in the world, are going to 3rd world countries to get medical and dental care? Yet conservative elitist see no problem with this?
