I have mixed feelings about this.
It is a good thing because they are having sex, but it is a bad thing because they shouldn't be.
I am certain that there are adult men that could use them.
I remember hearing a story about how president Kennedy sent a box of very large condoms to the USSR leader Khrushchev and had them all imprinted "Made in the USA, size small"
Maybe we could send a box of these tiny ones to Iran imprinted with "Made in North Korea, size large" just to stir up shit.
