One thing we know for sure, it is not Obama's fault, probably the Koch brothers.

Surprise U.S. Economic Data Have Been the World s Most Disappointing - Bloomberg Business

It's not only the just-released University of Michigan consumer confidence report and February retail sales on Thursday that surprised economists and investors with another dose of underwhelming news. Overall, U.S. economic data have been falling short of prognosticators' expectations by the most in six years.

Unemployment down in all 50 states for 2014.

U-1 through U-6 down over the past year.

Gas prices a dollar lower than a few months ago.

Jobs being created at over 200,000 per month.

Number of uninsured dropped in 49 states. All except Kansas.

And you have..."didn't meet expectations?" BWA-HA-HA-HA.

As for the "world's most disappointing", what a complete crock of shit. Our economy is beating the pants off Europe and Japan. The dollar is getting stronger every day.

Tell that to Ben Ghazi!

Wow, our economy is kicking the ass of Zimbabwe and Uruguay! We;re number 1!!!!
No, this is the worst economic performance coming out of a recession post war. And that has consequences. For example, the vast majority of people surveyed think the recession never ended. Because for them, it never did.

Lots of inequality leads to a slow economy.

From the article:

There's been one notable exception to the gloom, and it's a big one: payrolls. The economy added 295,000 jobs in February and 1.3 million over four months, a reflection of a healthier labor market in which the unemployment rate has fallen to the lowest in almost seven years.

Most everything else? Blah.

Low oil prices is not an indication of great economies, just the opposite, although I must admit I enjoy the respite, the administration has nothing to do with prices going DOWN.
