In reading various arguments today - I notice there no longer seems to be any argument that indeed the forced insurance mandate is unconstitutional. The only argument I see happening now is whether to invalidate the entire law or just portions of it.
I agree with the seeming sentiment that picking and choosing portions of the bill is beyond the courts duty and needs returning to the legislative branch for that purpose.
In a nutshell - looks like Obamacare is about to be shut down.
