    They should not be able to run or hide and all abusing priests should have a rapidly expedited path to heaven. Very rapidly expeditted.

    I have to say that's a pretty darn good legal argument for the Church...

    Course, does that mean if the case was heard and they won that every Catholic Church would now br an embassy of the vatican?
