For those who've been whining about media bias, here's some facts to burst your bubble.

Sunday morning shows are GOP TV

...

One-on-one interviews
Single-source interviews are the showcase segments on the Sunday shows, which tend to compete for access to guests they consider the top newsmakers—which, in the world of Beltway media, usually means politicians. In the eight-month study period, partisan-affiliated one-on-one interviews were 70 percent Republican—166 guests to Democrats’ 70.

Republicans are featured guests because they're having a primary now. Stop snorting the KoolAid from the can, it's fucking up your last 2 brain cells

What an outrage, that Republicans would be featured for a few hours out of the week compared to the rest of the time when the media is the Obama re-election campaign.

And it was actually worse when Bush was in office. The right's excuse was that they controlled all three houses so of course it was their time to lead, but then this right wing bias continued through Obama/Pelosi/Reed and continues today as your study shows.

This is maybe some of the best proof we have that Republicans are brainwashed. The day they realize the media isn't really liberal, then maybe they will start to figure out they've been conned.

But the right has a back up plan. Ron Paul. Righties who understand they have been conned tend to drift to Ron Paul, not the Democratic party. It may be that you can't teach old dogs new tricks. Just wait for them to die off and hope the next generation wakes up. And based on the Wallstreet Protesters, they are. They just need to understand that midterms are just as important. It isn't enough just to vote every 4 years.

So, according to the link, the "study" was conducted for the eight months from June 2011 through February 2012. What was going on during that period? Ya think the fact that was Republican primary season had some modicum of influence over the guests that were chosen?

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

Of course, the pundits and hosts in the MSM are not biased to the left, not at all...:cuckoo:

MSNBC was the last of moderate media since consevative Comcast bought MSNBC.

Sure, if you consider a centrally planned society moderate. Personally, I do not. I consider such aspirations wrongheaded and for those that know better, evil. But I'm sure you know what's best for everyone else...

I guess you were too lazy to read the article. The study was run from June 2011 to February 2012. The study also references prior studies which show the same pattern for the Sunday morning political shows.
