Successful Blacks adopt White Culture

Successful black people in most instances have adopted white culture and morals in order to excel economically.

The first thing they do is move out of black neighborhoods so their children can attend schools with a majority of white and asian students. Because in black communities, education is looked down upon, and a black student seen carrying a book with be derided as "acting white" and runs the risk of being beaten up by other black kids.

Successful blacks largely embrace legitimate and legal free market capitalism. And reject the black communities main economic engine of street corner drug sales and prostitution.

Ghetto's will remain problematic until more black people understand the white western culture and business model is the road to educational success and economic prosperity. ......

People who live there for generations but still have no touch with the country´s culture are not really part of the country. Not the color, but isolation is the reason for the cultural gap. Racism is not the cause but a symptom that cannot be overcome by more special treatment. A compulsory military service where blacks learn to trust whites and vice versa could be a major step towards a healthy atmosphere.
