Richard Wurmbrand was a Christian and the founder of Voice of the Martyr's Ministry which continues today in assisting Christians in restricted nations - sending the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people throughout the world. He was imprisoned for his faith in Jesus Christ. This is a story about his life in Communist Prison - it is in four parts. This is part one:

That is not true. There is no history of Christians torturing people and terrorizing the innocent. You are speaking of the Roman Catholic Church and that is not a Christian church nor is it founded on the Bible, Breezewood. Do not confuse the two. Catholicism is the antithesis of Christianity.

In Richard Wurmbrand's book, Marx & Satan, he said that if had been given the opportunity to lead Marx to Jesus Christ he would have done it. I am sure he would have done all in his power to preach the Gospel to Karl Marx and bring him back to Christ. But now it is too late for Karl Marx. He is in hell for all eternity and it is too late for him. But it is not too late for those reading today. Jesus Christ will forgive you of your sins if you come to him and repent of your sins - are willing to turn from your sins and follow Him. You can invite Jesus Christ to be your Savior and Lord today. Do not wait. Do it today. Today is the day of Salvation. Today.

That was the Inquisitions - the Roman Catholic Church put born again Christians (Protestants) to death along with Jews and anyone else who refused Catholicism and the Doctrine of Lea as the law of the land. They accused their own people of being witches and from one record they buried over 150,000 people alive. I believe those 150,000 plus people must have been trying to save the lives of the Christians and the Jews and the Catholic people trying to get out of the Roman Church. Yes, the history of the Roman Church is most horrific, Breezewood. What does that have to do with Christianity and what is your point?
