I much rather have regular food than desserts, having said that...my favorite is a well made cheesecake. Also love a good quality Tiramisu.
And then again...warm chocolate chip cookies are just that awesome.

Interesting...I have had fresh peaches on cheesecake that had a sweet red sauce with it...can't say that I have ever had apple cheesecake.
I would appreciate PM'ng me the recipe if you are so inclined.
