But the news media has set a standard for itself to be investigative....and unless they otherwise say, we assume they will be such.

We would expect a private taxi company to service all areas within a certain radius. We would expect the few that dont, to let us know.

Sorry I don't believe that there is a standard any longer for news media. It's all about catch-phrases, opinions disguised as news, ratings, profit, propaganda.

Yeah...I dont get the issue with that either. SO he got his SS number when he was in Connecticut. What does that have to do with anything?

So he lived in CT now, ok, if you say so what was i thinking asking a question no one will answer.

Ones SS number is not a product of the state where one lives. It is a federal tax ID number that the federal government allows individual states to use as state tax ID numbers.

I believe (and I amy be wrong) that ones SS number is predetermined upon birth and is issued upon request....not determined WHEN requested.

I did not get my number until I was 14 when I needed it to apply for a summer job.

However, we requested my son's when he was a young child.

Obama never lived in Connecticut in 1977 when he got the ss number, nor did any family member. Investigators have narrowed it down by tracking the person with the SS number next to his. Former SS Administrators have said that at the time, there was no way Obama would have been issued a Connecticut number while living in Hawaii.

When it comes to the 'birth-certificate' issue I am confounded at the insinuations that it is the right that has crazy theories; when for the entire eight years Bush was in office the public was bombarded with conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory.

This president's first action upon taking office is to seal any and all of his historical records. The left was always reminding us that Bush was a 'C' student, yet no one knows what Obama's grades were. Obama was the first black editor of the Harvard Law Review and those records are sealed too!!! College thesis, sealed.

The left preached incessantly that the Bush administration is the most secretive administration ever. This current administration attempted to block a media organization from attending a press event, something not seen since Nixon, and not a whimper of protest from the left, because it was Fox News.

I'm not a birther, but the fact that discovery was granted--something no federal judge has approved ever--means that long list of questions regarding Obama's social security number, a story that has been verified by many media outlets, may finally be answered.

The hypocrisy of the left is laughable. Truthers were embraced by the Democratic Party, Michael Moore sat next to the chairman of the DNC in 2004. Democrats embrace their racists, even after using the N word on national television in 2001 Senator Byrd was allowed to remain a respected senator until he withered away.

The right has turned its back on birthers well before he released his birth certificate. Ann Coulter wrote a scathing article almost a year before Trump. David Duke, the reformed KKK member just like Byrd, was shunned from the Republican party.

As for a court case win, I don't know. The US Supreme Beings have already refused to listen to one birther lawsuit. After the last presidential impeachment, they have shown a thorough distaste for public outcries over political crummies.
