State Department software so old, vendors don't support it.

Five of the most outdated IT system in the government

The Defense Department uses floppy disks.

The IRS refunds are generated is running on a 1950s “assembly language code

The Social Security Administration has rehired former employees who were some of the few that knew how to operate the complex system that determines retirement benefits and eligibility. The system is 31 years old and made up of 162 subsystems, with some running on a early 1960s-era programming language called COBOL.

From the State Department:

GAO noted the main challenges with State's aging technology is “information security and infrastructure concerns

Now get this:

But GAO said that it is replacing unsupported software with a new version, “which is also not supported"

Did you get that? They are replacing unsupported software with unsupported software. WTF????

So who turns down funding for infrastructure? Who wants the country to fall apart so they can privatize everything and soak the American people?

Hint, it's not Democrats.

And you wonder why Hillary wanted her own stuff.

Since none of the systems you mention has anything to do with email I call FAIL on your lame attempt to defend Hillary breaking the law.

No wonder the blacks an' Hispexicans...

... are able to defraud Social Security...

... an' get other peoples' refunds.

One of the first things on Barry Hussein's agenda after he was elected was the laughable "cash for clunkers" . The federal government with a democrat majority funded a gigantic program to buy up old cars while they were working with old computer technology.

Yeah, and you want them in charge of healthcare.

From the reports the State Department issued on the status of their servers and network, I to would use a more professional system. Did you read the report on government information technology? Still using 3.5 floppies. Needing to bring retired personnel back because the computer languages used are so old, none of the new IT people know how to read or write. Programs being used the original companies who wrote the programs are no longer in business.

How the GOP can get away with Iraq and no WMD's, the deficit creating Bush Tax cuts, government shutdowns costing billions, the dozens that died in embassy attacks under Bush, I don't know. No one can seem to explain it to me. Then the media is helping the GOP by attacking this woman and her family for the last 30 years and now they attack her over her emails. Which apparently are more dangerous than anything the GOP did. Except top GOP officials did the same thing and no one cares.
Can someone explain it to me? Please?

No, I want to fund them properly. It's the GOP who wants the country to fail, not me.

Just imagine, RDean, if Dumbocrats weren't violating the U.S. Constitution and spending over $1 trillion per year on illegal social nonsense like food stamps. We could upgrade every single federal system to state of the art with just one year of those illegal Dumbocrat funds.

Since when does antiquated software justify breaking the law? Is there some statute I am unaware of? Oops....

She wanted it to hide from scrutiny. She is a fucking bitch who sold her country for money.

Yep. Over $1 trillion per year that result in the antiquated systems you are desperately trying to use an excuse for Hilldabeast's illegal actions. Our entire federal government's systems could be state of the art with just one year of that money but you prefer unconstitutional government. It's your side that created the problems.
