Perhaps an important consideration in a shrinking world.

I can't get the link to load. Bummer.

If the story is start them early to learn a second or third language? I'm all for it. My kids never started until 7th grade, have to take 2 years in h.s. and college and you know what? They are learning it to pass the tests rather than to learn and become fluent in the language. Waste of time. Start them in pre-school and by 3rd grade or so they'll be bi-lingual.

Well, not necessarily, but still not a bad idea.

The kids down this way start learning by watching Dora and then begin Ingles at the age of about 5.
Like anything else, some get it quick and some don't get much at all.
I know many that speak with no accent at all but they mostly had gringo teachers.
