It's like the GOP cannot 'hear' the people! They keep being told, but refuse to listen, they are going to get it in November, but it'll be too late:

This guy at least assessses the situation accurately, but I'm afraid he and I part company on what to do now.

It's just too late in the day for gamesmanship, compromise, or "good cop-bad cop". Our lawmakers either respect the rule of law or they don't, and it's as simple as that.

They don't get it. They won't. Only question remaining, will anything intervene prior to November, that will rally the 'base'?

I'm with ya---we got "workers" out the wazoo and these "workers" brought tons of baby "workers". Seal the borders---figure the rest out later. If people cannot get elected because they vote to enforce the law, America as we know it is screwed anyway.

Pretty hard to speculate, I guess. But, the mood of the base is pretty ugly right now, by all my observations. Moving us off the reality of lawmakers screwing the law (and, incidentally, us) for politics is going to take some mother rally.
