South Dakota Governor Signs Law Forcing Women into Crisis Pregnancy Centers

P.S. the kid's fine- no Downs or anything. Her legs are fine too. That pic is a little distorted LOL.

Congrats.

But that was YOUR CHOICE. Some people can't afford to take the risk like that because they don't make alot of money and having a Downs kid would cost a ton of money.

Thats why its a CHOICE. No one forces you to do anything. Pro-Life forces you to have a kid.

Why do the anti-abortion crowd always insist that their perspective on what constitutes a human being must be the only acceptable one? It's even worse that they tend to have nothing but religious dogma to support that perspective. And they always insist on discussing the matter, not as differences of perspective on what constitutes a human being, but instead they presume their own perspective and then try to frame the discussion around that. That is a logical fallacy called question begging. But by all means, let's create laws that question beg a given religious doctrine into being forcefully adopted by everyone.

There is no room for opinion. It's a simple matter of biology. The foetus is a distinct living organism that is genetically human. It is a living human being. To 'abort' a pregnancy is to end a human life. That is simple and demonstrable scientific fact.

Or, you know, biology...

. And they always insist on discussing the matter, not as differences of perspective on what constitutes a human being
being a human

It's called biology...

No, it's called biology...

Those small government guys against sharia law crack me up on Abortion. They'll do a complete 180 and be pro big government and laws based on religion

See, you prove my point exactly. Here you are, trying to attribute the weight of "scientific fact" to something which is anything but. Not only that, but to make it even worse you rely on outright falsehoods, such as saying that a fetus is a distinct living organism. If it were distinct, it wouldn't be in someone's womb, relying on their biological functions for its continued existence.

It's called biology...

No, there is no biology in what you are saying. Maybe you are inventing your own new variety of biology, but what you are saying is not accepted by the scientific community. Not even close.

Do a DNA test if you don't think humans have human children

It is. Biology 101

So tapeworms don't exist? They're not organisms? Are they a part of your body, too? No, you idiot, they're parasitic endosymbiotic organisms.

Lots of other organisms live in and on you. You couldn't survive without some of them.

Yes, it is. It's in every biology textbook worth reading.

Man when it comes to killing babies the Left sure does suddenly pretend to care about that Constitution huh? Now if we could just get them to care about it all the time. Hmm?

States should always reserve the right to decide Abortion Laws. Each State should decide on it for themselves. If Planned Parenthood has a problem with it,they can sue. And that's what they're doing. Not sure if this Law is Unconstitutional though. This will be a tricky case. So stay tuned.
