When I get a subwoofer for my car's stereo, is the bass 'fake', simply because it's now 'enhanced', or increased in volume?

Why do people associate augmented breasts with 'fake'?

Why are breast-reductions somehow 'acceptable' in some people's eyes, yet breast-size-increases carry a negative feeling for some?

My wife's lips aren't 'fake' because she wears lipstick.



Thoughts? Are boob jobs, and other cosmetic surgeries/proceedures 'wrong' (id est, are they desired simply from vanity)?

for most of the implant litigation in this country.

The cases seem to have dwindled away, finally,
after well over five billion $ had been shelled out.

Some of that was money out of my own pocket,
in the form of downward pressure on stock and wages.

So morality, aesthetics, and whatever else aside,
I think implants God Damn suck.

I should have added that I think victims of faulty products deserve reasonable compensation.

However, the courts did decide after thousands if not millions
of pages of testimony that medicine and science were on the
side of the manufacturers.

The evidence that the plaintiffs were harmed by their implants was not sufficient to sustain their case.
