I notice that Obama campaign ad with Bill Clinton keeps coming on. At the end, Clinton says that Obama has a plan to rebuild the country from the bottom up. We don't need someone to rebuild anything. It does explain why Obama is currently tearing it down, something necessary before one rebuilds.
