Something I heard at the truck stop...

I was at the truck stop this afternoon having a cup of coffee and I overheard a truck driver say to another truck driver, "I don't care if this girl gets pregnant or not. I'm taking this condom off to pee." Should a person that says something like this be driving a big truck up and down the highway???????
