Someone is putting tiny cowboy hats on pigeons in Las Vegas as animal rescue works to remove them

I haven't seen anything like this since the days of the Andy Devine show

I don't see any pigeon complaining. And so why they are removing their hats. You know it could have been a Christmas gift from their spouse.

My first thought as to why this was happening was that someone was trying to pay tribute to those who died during the country music concert that took place there two years ago. Right me if I am wrong, but pigeons are the birds that won't fly away if you get close enough to them which of course is how whoever did this had the ability to do such a thing like that at all. In other words, pigeons don't leave. They stay right where they are and you know the old saying, "What happens in Vegas stays there in Vegas." Well those who lived to tell about being at that show, there you go. How many of them were fans from other areas? They made it home to their families. Those who were shot.....how I pray that the Lord's home in the sky is where that they have been ever since.
