I finally solved how Uncle Vlad hacked the election.
Much like his uncanny ability to have DB direct only Putin dollars to the Kushner property at Times Square, NY Uncle Vlad hacked US cash machine so that any withdrawal was ultimately funded by Vlad dollars.
Every time Progressives made a withdrawal, they were paid in Putins.
