OK, what the Hell is this?

It was there for 80 hours. This is part of a feed from a NASA Solar observatory

If its a ship, it's beyond human comprehension. It's like an interstellar proboscis moth, maybe it's a creature

Seriously WTF?!

Looks like the Sun burped up a new asteroid of some kind.

Must be really hot right there right now.

Nothing could live that close to the Sun.

Sorry, not a giant creature.
What this is though is just something that's unfamiliar to most people, but something that solar scientists have been aware of for some time, a transitory cavity in the solar plasma field, known as a coronal prominence cavity, or polar crown cavity. Often associated with Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs). This does appear to be a quite interesting one, with attached vortex. But that's all it is. Not a giant space ship sucking fuel from the sun.

Explained: Giant Black Sphere Hovering Near the Sun [Coronal Prominence Cavity]

Thank you for that.

They're saying its a natural and not uncommon solar coronal phenomenon. The difference with this event is that the attachment point lingers for so long.

I'm sticking with a 10 dimensional interstellar Earth sized proboscis moth.

The Sun's Corona gets weirder and weirder.

What would the average Earth temperature be without the corona

Sun-Suckers. The universe is full of them.

That's my thought. It's a 10 dimensional Earth sized proboscus moth
