Well we're posting the separate satire sub-forum.

Shiller is no longer actually tracking home prices and publishing on current levels of markets. He sold that. He's moved into more economic/social theory and is sort of a provocateur. I thought the von mises site criticism sort of funny. But in the day, the guy not only coined the phrase irrational exuberance but accurately predicted two market crashes.

I think his only prediction on Trump's tariffs is that they're just to crazy to sustain. But there are real questions of what the effect will be on US agricultural prices and what will happen with Japan and EU car production in the US. Along with other issues .. such as inflation and interest rates and ... the debt.
