As usual, libs like to trot out lilly white European countries that "somehow" show socialism works. Yeah, a monolithic society where everyone agrees to have a mediocre life together is really comparable to the USA where the individual has been #1 since day 1.

Nevermind the USA with ethnic groups that would take advantage of freebie handouts from the Govt based on everyone throwing all their stuff into one collective pile for "everyone." Those illegals from south of the border would love to have some of your stuff if the Govt would let them.

Sweden doesn't have a Mexico invading their country....and those lilly white socialists would have a different view of the world if Taco Bell moved into their neighborhood.

Countries like Sweden hide behind NATO....which is pretty much the USA, because they cannot protect themselves.

They save money on Defense spending and give it back to their own people in the form of welfare programs. So we the US taxpayer are helping them with their system by protecting them from the Russians.

We saved their butts from the Nazis and today protect them from a repeat with the Russians. In the end we have to do it to protect our economy but we should force more of these Europeans to spend more on defending themselves.....by us downsizing a bit in Europe.
