So What's Wrong With Racism?

I guess I'm just asking questions that have no answer.

Oh, and I'd be very interested to see facts that support racism is human nature. I'm not talking about competition for resources, I'm talking about irrational hatred. We are given the impression that if we didn't have people to oppress we could not have a high standard of life, which is more of a fantasy than anything I said.

What is irrational about a love and preference for one's own kind?

But what about slight trepidation and caution? Is the unhealthy and irrational? Is that contrary to human nature?

That is one of those gray subjective areas. What is foolish carelessness and what is paranoia. I think that it is up to each person to evaluate each specific situation on its own merits and decide for himself.

As far as racism goes, it is my opinion that it is learned. If your parents don’t exhibit racism and if you grow up around different races, I doubt that you will be racist.
