good point, and i am thrilled so many showed up to vote. we're a stronger nation today than we were before the election, quite honestly because more and more americans have chosen to have a say in their nation's future.

I think it comes down to those who were supporting Bush wanted to make sure this time there was no room for ambiguity!! I have heard thet it took as long as 9 hours for many to vote in Ohio, and yet they stuck it out! That's how much they wanted their vote to count!
