Not necessarily a double standard. Covid spiked nearly 700% in South Dakota following the Sturgis motorcycle rally...Why would the media stop now? They live on double standards. How about this one:
The Lolapalooza festival in the blue state of Illinois, home to our favorite mayor, had very strict Covid protocols to enter the event and immediately afterward 203 people tested positive for the virus with cases surging in the state in the weeks after. The media said it was not a superspreader event.
