When humans are involved, nothing is perfect. In order to name a country with a better health care system than the US, you'll have to factor in socialist policies that do not apply to the US. We also have a much more diverse group of people, so ratings mean very little. The fact remains that wealthy foreigners in need of the best healthcare come to the United States. Unfortunately, our own government has caused costs to spiral out of control and stifled the free market, and yet they somehow want us to trust them to fix most of the problems they caused. That's another definition of insanity.
