So Jon Stewart tore Glenn Beck a new asshole last night, again.

Yes. You are clearly gay. And by the tone of your posts, you dont seem really thrilled about it.

Actually, your a poofter trollin the internet for an asshole to rip- which makes you very suspect.

Tone of my posts? Newbie, get a grip. Seriously, you've been here how long? Perhaps you should learn what the fuck you're talking about before opening your mouth. And your grip of reality seems to be slipping.

Check-List for you:

1.) Learn how to respond to posts correctly.

2.) Spell check, use it.

3.) Stop sprouting ignorant bullshit.

4.) Educate yourself.

For what it's worth I don't appreciate the gay accusations.

It does nothing to prove a point Dog.

I'm not accusing you of anything. The one who is rampant with the gay accusations was so defensive of you. You're pointing your finger at the wrong person there muddy.

You've misread my post.

I'm backing you up on this.

I don't appreciate the gay accusations that are being directed at you.

I don't think it's logical nor appropriate.

Maybe we could stick to the issues at hand and leave out the personal attacks.

Why does it seem so appropriate that the OP is so interested in "rippin assholes"? Homo alert.....

Why does it seem so appropriate that the OP is so interested in "rippin assholes"? Homo alert.....

What if I was a "Homo?"

No "what if" about it.

You seem to believe there's something wrong with that.

Not at all. Just lettin others know they need to watch their cornshoots around you.

As for my OP, if you watched the video, you'd know what I was talking about. Maybe you need some surgery too since you're talking out of your ass in two straight threads now.

Oh, because you saw Dog I thought you were saying it to me. My bad.

And I do wish we could stick to the issues at hand. However, newbies such as Punk here do not actually come to debate. They come to act like foolish trolls.

I spotted that immediately.

Carry on Dog.

The title speaks for itself. This time it's a 8:31 parody. Though I'm sure Jon could have entire shows on the clown if he chose to do so.

Video: The 11/3 Project | The Daily Show | Comedy Central

I viewed the parody, and saw some clever take-off on Beck's style, but I think you don't have the perspective necessary to put this parody in context.

1. Jon Stewart frequently uses his comic talent to skewer anyone in the culture who defies the left-wing orthodoxy.
His brutal attack on Jim Cramer for daring to criticize the Obama economic plan, and to speak outside the party line was skilled and viscious, but also transparent to those who see the bigger picture.

2. Folks who get their political news and philosophical underpinings from the Daily Show seem not to have much more than a USA Today understanding of the world.

3.You feel he dissected Glenn Beck, but this is only so if you subscribe to the Saul Alinsky Rule 5: "Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage."

4. He did a masterful job of mimicking Beck's style and use of the blackboard, but certainly not any of Beck's thesis.

5. Do you understand that the message is "look how absurd Beck is- and if you listen to, or subscribe to, any of his ideas, we're going to make fun of you, too!" And if you are fearful,or have that herd mentality, you will fall right in step.

6. If you could not see that he was doing what I've outlined above, you must be particularly left-wing, particularly fearful of Beck's ideas, particularly immature, particularly dense- or all of the above.

Now, as a real test of your acumen, here are some of Beck's ideas. Which did Stewart de-bunk? Which can you de-bunk?

1. Anita Dunn, hand picked by the President, announced that Mao is her favorite political philosopher: the killer of 70 million Chinese.
[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWbX_vsAGd4]YouTube - Mao Cheerleader?[/ame]

2. Van Jones was appointed by President Barack Obama in March 2009, to the newly-created position on the White House Council on Environmental Quality. Van Jones was forced to resign when it came to light that he is an avowed communist.
According to Politifact:
Beck has repeatedly claimed Jones is a communist. For purposes of a fact-check statement, we selected a Sept. 1, 2009, remark Beck made on his radio program that Jones "is an avowed, self-avowed radical revolutionary communist."
There's little question that Jones was an avowed communist
Smear: Van Jones Is An Avowed Communist | Media Matters Action Network

You should view the several youtube videos in which you may listen to Jones himself, and that of Obama advisor and long-time friend, Valerie Jarrett, stating that she has followed Jones' career for years.
"Jarrett is a Senior Advisor and Assistant to the President for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs for the Obama administration. Prior to that she served as a co-chairperson of the Obama-Biden Transition Project." (wikipedia)

3. Ron Bloom is President Obama’s selection as senior counselor for manufacturing policy. The same Ron Bloom can be heard in the following agreeing with the political wisdom of Mao that power comes from the barrel of a gun:

4. Mark Lloyd, selected by President Obama as his FCC diversity czar, is heard in the following praising the Hugo Chavez revolution:

5. Obama selected regulatory czar Cass Sunstein has suggested that animals have the right to lawyers, and advocated that animals have the right to sue humans in court:

6. Obama choice for Science Czar John Holdren has endorsed compulsory sterilization,
“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control.”
Obama's science czar suggested compulsory abortion, sterilization | Washington Examiner

7. Carol Browner, chosen by President Obama as energy czar, has actually been a leader in the Socialist International, which is an umbrella group for the socialist parties of the world, and their website contained the following:
CAROL M. BROWNER
Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency
under President Bill Clinton. Leading the EPA from 1993 to 2001, she
was the longest serving
Administrator in the agency ’s history.
Browner c u r r e n t l y s e r v e s o n t h e b o a r d o f s e v e r a l n o n profit
organisations, including as chair of the National Audubon Society, one
of the nation’s oldest environmental organisations, and as a member of
the Board of the Directors of the Center for American Progress, the
Alliance for Climate Protection and the League of Conservation Voters.

I'm not asking whether or not you agree with the far left leanings represented by the above, as I'm sure you do...just asking you to show where Stewart took aim at any.

Christ almighty- Queenie uses "fuck" and "open your mouth" in the same sentence. I'm callin Chris Hansen....

Who the fuck are you calling a newbie, noobtoast?

And, to be honest, given how many times you've mentioned Chris Hanson one must wonder how many times you've been busted with a plastic bag full of condoms and mike's hard lemonade.

You're right about the second half of that post Sho. However, I called him a newbie. The little troll can't quote or respond to posts for shit.

Dobert thank you for not disgracing my Boston Celtics by taking them out of your avatar before making posts like this.

tee-hee

Except I'm in the right here. :eusa_whistle:

Though, they're not your Boston Celtics either. ;)

Why do people protect Glenn Beck?

Is it something that, oh, I don't know.

Something that, well, you know.

Something that

Hitler

might have done?

Good heavens. politicalchic has not a clue and mudwhistle is even worse than that. The are attempting to suppress the right to make fun of others, while these two clowns attempt to do it (very poorly) here on the thread. Lozers!

Must really suck being a Left wing news dispenser/comedian. Since Bush left all they have to make fun of is Glenn Beck, Rush or Bill O'Reilly.

It makes you wonder if a Leftwing News dispenser/comedian makes even one Obama joke, does he get a copy of Tim Russert Obit send to him the next day?

See, I was going to bother to actually refute all that BS you just posted Chic. However, #6 went way over the line and that sums up your post.

PolitiFact | Glenn Beck claims science czar John Holdren proposed forced abortions and putting sterilants in the drinking water to control population

This is truly the most diaphanous duck-and-run retreats I've seen on this board.

So it's " I could respond, I just don't wanna..."

It's more probable as "I could respond, if I had a brain."

And Politifact is not FactCheck, rather it is an arm of the St. Petersburg Times.

See if you still want to support Holdren after some of these:

"Holdren's radicalism dates back to the late 1960s. In 1969 Holdren wrote that it was imperative “to convince society and its leaders that there is no alternative but the cessation of our irresponsible, all-demanding, and all-consuming population growth.”

That same year, he and (the now largely discredited) professor of population studies Paul Ehrlich jointly predicted: “If … population control measures are not initiated immediately and effectively, all the technology man can bring to bear will not fend off the misery to come.” In 1971 Holdren and Ehrlich warned that “some form of ecocatastrophe, if not thermonuclear war, seems almost certain to overtake us before the end of the century.”

Viewing capitalism as an economic system that is inherently harmful to the natural environment, Holdren and Ehrlich in 1973 called for “a massive campaign … to de-develop the United States” and other Western nations in order to conserve energy and facilitate growth in underdeveloped countries."

"Obama's Science Czar Wrote Book Advocating Forced Abortions, Sterilizing Americans By Poisoning Our Drinking Water "
Ehrlich, Paul R., Anne H. Ehrlich and John P. Holdren; Ecoscience:*... - White House

"He is also one of the main engineers of the Eugenics operation going on right now. A book he authored in 1977 advocates for extreme totalitarian measures to control the population. In this book he wrote that: Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not. The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation's drinking water or in food. Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise. People who "contribute to social deterioration" (i.e. undesirables) "can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility" -- in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized. A transnational "Planetary Regime" should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans' lives -- using an armed international police force."

"Holdren claimed that, "if the population control measures are not initiated immediately, and effectively, all the technology man can bring to bear will not fend off the misery to come."[10] In 1973 Holdren encouraged a decline in fertility to well below replacement in the United States, because "210 million now is too many and 280 million in 2040 is likely to be much too many"[11]. Currently, the U.S. population is 306,924,000[12]. In 1977 he co-authored (with Paul R. Ehrlich and Anne H. Ehrlich) Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment,[13] which discussed the possible role of a wide range of solutions to overpopulation, from voluntary family planning at one extreme, to a "planetary regime" of enforced population control at the other extreme."

"Does being spectacularly wrong about a major issue in your field of expertise hurt your chances of becoming the presidential science advisor? Apparently not, judging by reports from DotEarth and ScienceInsider that Barack Obama will name John P. Holdren as his science advisor on Saturday. [UPDATE: Mr. Obama did indeed pick Dr. Holdren.] "

"In 1980 Dr. Holdren helped select five metals — chrome, copper, nickel, tin and tungsten — and joined Dr. Ehrlich and Dr. Harte in betting $1,000 that those metals would be more expensive ten years later. They turned out to be wrong on all five metals, and had to pay up when the bet came due in 1990. "

"Dr. Holdren’s resistance to dissenting views was also on display earlier this year in an article asserting that climate skeptics are “dangerous.” (You can read about the response to that article at DotEarth.)"
