Food for thought:
So the U.S. used money borrowed from China to overthrow the Iraqi government, and China got the Production Service Agreement for Iraq's oil for the next 20 years.
The U.S. spends over $600 billion dollars a year on their military while China, with a population 4 times larger than the U.S., spends less than $100 billion. And China also shares a border with some of the most dangerous countries in the world, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, and North Korea, with Arab nations like Iran, Iraq, and Yemen not far away.
Are we working for China? Does China's money come with a "scratch my back" clause, in the form of protection for them by stabilizing the most dangerous countries surrounding them?
The point is, there is evil in many places in the world: Darfur, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia... but all of those places are far away from China. Also, they don't sit on vast oil reserves China can sign PSAs for.
It seems to me a large coincidence that we borrow huge sums of money from China to fight wars that China profits from. America is good at managing a military. Are we a hired gun for China? Do they sustain our economy, and drive massive profits for war profiteers that influence our government and media, while driving our country further in debt to China?
It seems a win-win for China and war profiteers, but bad for the economic future of America.
