the way we defeat the socialist divisioning machine and its architects of a self exploitive divided society is to repeal legislation of such .
Repeal affirmative action.
no more professional socialistic redistribution.
with my proposal,only three requirements a business has with my proposal is-
1.AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP.
2.ELIGIBILITY AND IF APPLICANT MEETS JOB REQUIREMENTS.
3.e-verify all applicants for citizenship,criminal background,etc.

checking gender,sexual preference,racially baiting divisioning,religion,political party affiliations,etc..
BUSINESSES WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO MATCH QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WITH JOBS WITHOUT REGARD TO SUPERFICIAL BIOLOGICAL HUMAN CHARACTERISTICS.

also,my proposal limits the power of unionization sim pl y to oversee the workplace conditions especially for industrual trades,and will no longer have the ability to access or interfere with a business truly compensating those who prove productivity and value to the busines. Unions will NO LONGER HAVE THAT ABILITY ANYMORE.SLACKERS WILL NO LONGER BE PAID THE SAME AS TOP PRODUCERS.BUSINESSES WILL AGAIN BE GIVEN BACK THE ABILITY AND FREEDOM TO DO WHAT MOST PROFITABLE FOR THEM,AND REWARD THOSE PROPERLY WHO ARE OF THE MOST VALUE TO THAT BUSINESS.
THIS IS DESTROYING SOCIALISTIC REDISTRIBUTION AT THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL.
UNDER MY PROPOSAL,IF YOU DO NOT EARN IT,OR QUALIFY FOR THE JOB,IT WILL NO LONGER BE HANDED TO YOU. ITS AN EARNED SOCIETY,NOT ENTITLED.
ALSO,THIS IMPROVES PRODUCT QUALITY,WORKER PRODUCTIVITY,WORKERS PUTTING MONEY BACK INTO THE ECONOMY AND THEN HELPING IT GROW WITH ANOTHER MULTIPRONG ATTACK GROWTH PROPOSAL.
