Chuck Todd just said that about a few points lead that Obama has. How can it be small and substantial at the same time?:eusa_whistle:

President Obama 237 Governor Romney 206

RealClearPolitics - 2012 Election Maps - Electoral Map

Of the nine tossup states, the President leads in all but one. And all he has to win in is Ohio and Virginia and he has the 270 electorial votes to win. In the meantime, Romney has to take 79 ev to win. Not going to happen.
