    My husband just got one of these and I love it. If you are a BBQ fan, I highly recommend. We have made ribs (baby back and boneless), salmon, pork butt, and wings. He smoked the wings and then briefly deep fried them before tossing them with his homemade wing sauce. OMG. We are Bengals fans, so food is all we have to look forward to on Sunday. Those wings almost made up for our loss to the Cowboys.
    Does anyone else have a smoker? Any suggestions on what we should make next? I've got a brisket sitting in the fridge that I hope will ease the pain of a loss to the Texans this Sunday.
