Those that entered the country after immigration laws were Illegal Aliens if they stole across the border without registering without permission. If Illegal Aliens want to earn citizenship for their children they have to give 200 years of free labor. Framers of the 14th Amendment did not intent birth right citizenship to be applied to children of Illegal Aliens. This goes back to biblical time.

I'm a little confused. It sounds like you're treating slavery as some sick rite of passage? Why on earth would you claim that the 14th amendment somehow makes up for the travesty of slavery? And how can you say what the intentions of the framers of the 14th were thinking? We have people who are qualified to interpret the meaning of our laws. They're called Supreme Court Justices and in 1898 (US vs Wong Kim Ark) they stated that it applies to ALL children born in the US regardless of parents citizenship.

Illegal aliens are not all Latinos in general. 14th Amendment was law only because of descendents fo slave. 14th amendment did straighten out the slavery issue and now is a non issue. Only those born in the country to atleast one parent that is a citizen is a citizen by birth. Anchor babies/Jack Pot Babies are only citizenship by default and will NEVER be considered citizens. And it make is bad for all Latinos because they are all part of a famly unit. Every Latino family has at least one gang member in the family or other criminal.
