You know, in school, when we were learning about genetics, we learned about dominant and recessive genes.

For instance, brown eyes are a dominant trait, where blue eyes are recessive. A person can have brown eyes, but also the recessive gene for blue (brown is dominant, so that is what the eye color is), but if they marry someone else with brown eyes, and the recessive blue gene, they can have kids who have blue eyes.

However..................if you have 2 blue eyed parents, and they have a child with brown eyes, there has been someone else contributing toward the gene pool.

And, if both parents came from mixed heritage, there is a possibility that they could have ended up with kids like that. Anyone else remember the white supremacist named Craig Cobb who wanted to build a white enclave, who took a DNA test and found out he's part black?

Cobb is known for his movement to dominate the city of Leith, North Dakota, with other white supremacists. The community has around 32 inhabitants. Cobb, who moved to Leith in 2012, attracted other white supremacists to the town and displayed white nationalist paraphernalia on his properties. As a result, local residents and anti-racist organizations organized a protest in Leith against Cobb and his allies. Cobb has appeared on several radio talk shows and The Trisha Goddard Show, to talk about his plans for the white supremacy movement in Leith. Welcome to Leith, a documentary film about Cobb's attempt to take over Leith, was released in 2015.

During the 2013 airing of The Trisha Goddard Show, Goddard had a DNA test done on Craig Cobb. Goddard said that the test showed Cobb to have 14% sub-Saharan African ancestry. Since then, Cobb has come under scrutiny of his fellow white supremacists.[7] Cobb later said that he had another DNA test done and the test concluded that he is entirely European, except for what he called a 3% "Iberian thing."[8]
