IBM restricts employees from using SIRI due to privacy threat | www.wsoctv.com

snip,
IBM restricted its employees from using SIRI, an iPhone digital assistant, due to a possible privacy threat.

IBM is worried that the Apple data center in Catawba County may store all the information people request.

IBM Bans Siri, Thinks Apple Might Be Spying
snip,
“‘When you use Siri or Dictation, the things you say will be recorded and sent to Apple in order to convert what you say into text,’ Apple says. Siri collects a bunch of other information — names of people from your address book and other unspecified user data, all to help Siri do a better job.”

The agreement then goes on to state:

“By using Siri or Dictation, you agree and consent to Apple’s and its subsidiaries’ and agents’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information, including your voice input and User Data, to provide and improve Siri, Dictation, and other Apple products and services.”

It's like a conspiracy theory except IBM is paranoid also.

It's rather common knowledge that FaceBook and Google datamine as well. Just look into how Google came about.

Lets see.. a secretive company that wants to control everything... of course they are data mining lol.. if not worst. You go try taking a picture outside Apple HQ and see how fast Apple security comes and starts taking pictures of you... they are almost worse than Scientology.
