Like failed former President Barack Hussein Obama you want the Constitution re-written. The Constitution enumerates several services the government is allowed to provide. If those items are not enumerated in the Constitution they are reserved to the states. Which is why Roe v Wade was a bad decision from day one. It will never be overturned now but there was a time it should have been overturned and left to the states.
