No amount of generations will ever see them "catching up" to the white, red, yellow, light tan or any other color living in the rest of the world....except athletically. And some artistically. No, I said they have proven that H.L. Menken was absolutely wrong in his assessment of Negroes and his timeline of "catching up to the rest of socitety". Negroes have their own level of accomplishments and except for a very few they have proven to be at the very bottom of the barrel. The main problem is with their thinking that the white man owes an existence to the black man, because THEIR ancestors SOLD them off for trinkets. And 13% of 100% ain't going to change anything. Seems Half+ of BOTH of our Violent Crimes are due to a single Minority.

1. Much of the the 'Caribbean' has some the highest Crime rates on the planet.

East Asians have lower yet Testosterone, and Higher Yet IQs.
Thus the crime Rates of the 'three' groups.

Doesn't it seem that the analysis of crime involves etiquette or couture?

When I saw a Yo! MTV Raps music video presenting an image of two rival African-American urban gangs engaged in a mock battle with toy water-guns, I thought about how race and etiquette can be complicated when discussing crime.
