Government is schizophrenic. They set quotas and target projections at X and then prevent their employees from achieving those targets.
Additionally, why do they show a white lady at a desk? Brits are their own form of embarrassment.

They may be on to something.
I was told that the rate of consumption and pollution by humans around the clock
was so great, that our only chance of returning back to normal and natural balance
was to "shut everything off" at sundown, and only work at activities during daylight hours.
So across the planet, we don't have activities going 24/7 as we do now,
but take turns consuming during the day and sleeping in complete dark at night.

This isn't going to happen with our consumer materialistic culture
plus the crime and security issues with the size of populated areas.

But the idea of shutting off operations at night,
maybe the Koreans get something the rest of us don't.
Well besides more sleep....
