Should we build sea walls around all cities close to the ocean? Maybe within 5 feet of sea level????

How well did that work out for new orleans? Sea walls were built but due to political corruption the were worse than useless and nature has this way of showing us that we simply can't isolate ourselves. Sea walls would be just another waste of billions, or trillions of dollars.
