Should Sanders adopt this mantra?

Complicated Tax plan. Too much to paste! a quick snip of highlight....no to mention new brackets.

Details and Analysis of Senator Bernie Sanders’s Tax Plan

Limits the value of additional itemized deductions to 28 percent for households with income over $250,000. *******WTH? how you supposed to plan for that?
Payroll Tax Changes
Creates a new 6.2 percent employer-side payroll tax on all wages and salaries. This is referred to by the campaign as an “income-based health care premium paid by employers.”
Creates a 0.2 percent employer-side payroll tax and 0.2 percent employee-side payroll tax, to fund a new family and medical leave trust fund.
Applies the Social Security payroll tax to earnings over $250,000, a threshold which is not indexed for wage inflation.

Any possibility you might post the actual tax plan instead of an analysis of the tax plan you didn't post?

That is what I found? You got better? I don't see you posting it. The link I attached shows it all? Rates by income levels etc. Tax code is known out of control. ObamaCare messed it up even more (17 new taxes?) and now Sanders complicates it even more.

Blow up Tax book and start over.

For instance: who the heck in the 9K or 18K bracket has capital gains? The table will not paste. Go look at it.

That is what I found? You got better? I don't see you posting it.

I'm not doing your homework for you. Go to the candidate's site and look under Tax Reform.

Only a RW would post an analysis of something he hasn't read. :cuckoo:

I am trying to read thru it. So complicated...... don't want to work that hard. How can you expect to vote for somebody that cannot be understood? Is this guy some old crazy doped up nut? I would give him a look if anyone could summarize what he is going to do to "us". or jobs. Does he keep mortgage deduction? How about the $8000 married joint exemption before itemized. faghet bout it.

Youth Jobs Program: Sen. Sanders has proposed a $5.5 billion youth jobs program to create 1 million jobs for disadvantaged young Americans.

****oh yeah? how? Govt jobs? he is going to pay private companies to hire them? might as well call it more Welfare for youth.

Protect Pensions: Sen. Sanders has introduced a plan to prevent cuts to the pensions of over 1.5 million Americans.
***wth? who has a pension? Govt pensions? state?

Polls in Feburary don't equal results in November everyone other than hyper partisans know this.

I find it very interesting that first it was YOU who wrote that the odds are a million to one....here let me cite what you wrote:
"........the fact that in a general election the odds of his polices getting him elected are about a million to one."

....and then, you chide me for pointing out the polls in this February...SO, exactly WHERE did your "million to one" odds originate?

Sanders well knows that were he to win the nomination, right wingers would try to deride the fact that he is a socialist democrat (as if they knew what that really meant.)…..relying on the fact that the conservative base is too dumb to research what “socialism” really means….

However, should Sanders point out that he would be the first Jew to run for president? (Lieberman ran for the VP slot.)……After all, conservatives have long stated that they are the champions in supporting Israel………If Hillary can flaunt the gender card, and Rubio/Cruz can flaunt their Hispanic bona fides, why can’t Sanders flaunt his religious heritage?

No.

The man is a nice guy and leave the guy alone, and because he is Jewish is something that should not be harped on because too many assholes that believe all Jewish people are this or that!

They came from common sense and the fact polls nine months from an election mean nothing. We both know if that same poll your citing said Sanders was losing you would be the saying the same thing I am.

Are you seriously asking that???
What about retired vets, teachers, etc.

Like I said GOVT workers. Military........active duty, give them raise. Out all others into SSI, 401K like private. What the heck they doing with special retirements for life? When my 401K runs out thats it.

Sanders' official site is quite accessible. Live dangerously. Wean off the blogs and go to the source.
