I'm not sure what is more scary. That these people may believe we should eliminate profit, or the fact they did not realize this is just a setup to make them look bad. Its like the dihydrogen monoxide scam all over again.

The senior Obama proposed that the state confiscate private land and raise taxes with no upper limit. In fact, he insisted that "theoretically there is nothing that can stop the government from taxing 100% of income so long as the people get benefits from the government commensurate with their income which is taxed."

If that means stealing wealth from companies and rich people, then so be it.

I think every person in the United States should make the same amount per year. The landscaper makes the same money as the brick layer. The drive thru worker at McDonalds makes the same as the brain surgeon. The Jiffy Lube tech makes the same as the guy who created Facebook.

How do we get to where every person makes the exact same amount as everyone else? Everything is controlled by the government and they sign the checks.

This is a fantastic idea, I wonder if it will work.
