We could have the state require mandatory physical exams every year.
Anyone over a healthy Body Mass Index could be incarcerated and forced to exercise until they reach a healthy level of weight. (Or likewise, we could just ban fast food and junk food, and require cooking classes in K-12 education).
There is more rational justification in this idea, than there is in ending a right to bear arms, since obesity is responsible for 300,000 deaths per year (10X more than gun violence, including suicides is).
